We come from aerospace manufacturing, with hands-on experience in quality management systems and compliance, the kind of ISO 9001 and AS9100-caliber rigor where a process gap isn't a nuisance, it's a grounded aircraft. That discipline shaped how we build software: process first, traceability always.
Our path ran through two Fortune 100 companies and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs before we founded IdealixAI. That's a firsthand education in how large, complex organizations actually operate, how decisions get made, where work really gets stuck, and what it takes to move something through.
Then we worked inside state government itself. At the State of Nevada, we personally architected an early grants management system for a state agency, sitting with the program, learning the compliance reality, and building to it.
